Bio: Andrew O'Keefe did not have a rough upbringing like most of his Electrons teammates. In fact, his summer days were spent playing croquet on his family's 500-acre ranch style summer home and learning to sail his father's yacht, like any normal child. Soon bored of the unbearably long-winded conversations with his croquet partners and the multiple trips to French Polynesia, Andrew decided to go by Andy and take on the most challenging of sports, botchy ball. When he had trouble finding a local botchy ball team to join, he turned his attention to baseball, where he soon became a standout cheerleader from the bench. Although never actually playing in a game, Andy seemed to understand the game well enough that his coach promoted him to 2nd base coach. He has again assumed the role of 2nd base coach for the Electrons, which he has maintained since joining the Electrons in 2004.
